Many people love movies. Listening to audio commentary from the filmmakers is fascinating, but what about listening to fans talk about the film? Film Raiders is movie commentary for fans, by fans. Hear fans talk about what the movie means to them, what it was like to see it the first time, and maybe throw a few jabs at it.
How many times have you said to people “I remember the day when…”, but sometimes you don’t know the date when it happened? This site is dedicated to helping you remember those dates in geek history when you waited on line to see a movie, brought home a new toy, or bought an album that was important to you.
Geekistry is what geeks do.
…but Geekistry isn’t exclusively about things traditionally thought of as geeky, like technology and gadgets, but about being passionate about what we do and how we embrace ‘geek culture’.
June Sixth Productions is the brainchild of Mike Gaines and Krissi Bates-Billings. Great ideas need a place to live and we chose the date when first started seriously collaborating on ideas – June Sixth – to represent our collective creative efforts. It’s also the date of the Nine Inch Nails concert we went to in 2009.
